    Let’s see…#1 I like
    #2 too blue
#3 might this be better taken a few steps to the rt?
#4 lovely simple shot. I wonder if it might be recomposed with the mountain/lake interface a little lower down? Or cropped a little from the bottom?

Top ones my favourite here D. It feels nicely balanced. Maybe just a little lift to the shadows on the rhs?

They have a nightime feel to them – were they taken in darkness?

Thanks for the comments, I really appreciate all of them.

pixelle, #2 is straight from the camera, 30sec exposure … thanks for the tips on the composition, that is something I really have to work at … cheers

Mr. H, Yep these were taken at around 6.30am -7.30am last Thursday morning :D … It was my first time up there at that hr of the day, actually my first time trying to take photos anywhere that hr of the day … #2 is a 30sec exposure and for me is a little dark, although I like to blue effect generated that hr of the morning … #1 is my fav although I found it extremely difficult to get the exposure right … there are lots of shadows in the upper like in the early morning as the sun rises behind you …

slang61 … I like the blue myself, the shoot is a long exposure of approx 30 sec

    thanks all …
    D.
