    A shot from Dun An RĂ forest park The noise of this waterfall was something else. I wish I had a wide angle lens to capture more of this scene but I still really like this shot.

    i like this.

    love the greens and the slow shutter effect in the water is not over done.

    its a pity the “horizon” line of the water is not horizontal instead of at an angle.
    the image as presented is sharpened too much imo.

    well done on a really nice shot.

    It is a beautiful image but if I were to make a few adjustments I would clone out that tree in the background that looks a little too central.
    I think it’s also over saturated a little.

    Thanks Aoluain, ye the waterfall on the left was further away then on the right making it look off angle but the shot is level. It defo looks over sharpened here, it look better on my site here: http://www.alanowensphotography.com/glowing-falls-ii” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
    Cheers John. It had been raining that day and it was over cast so the greens were popping especially with the polarizer on, thanks for the feedback guys!

    Nice shot! It looks a bit too sharp but not too bad now and I like it overall, wouldn’t change much about it at all :)

    Hi Alan,

    Your photograph is having the right impact. I might be biased here, being a big fan of long exposures and waterfall, etc. Only because I read the previous comments I did noticed the birch in the upper middle of the image. Otherwise it really didn’t matter. Nor the horizon line, for me it doesn’t look tilted and believe me, I look for these things to pick on :) . In the end I suppose it is a matter of personal taste to add a sharpening percentage on the image, but it is not overboard. Since you’ve mentioned your website I thing that this photograph along with other waterscapes that you have would make you proud anytime anywhere (…add a little bit of envy here :wink: )

    Good shot altogether!
