Epidural or general? You’ll be a new man afterwards. A friend of mine in Cork (yes, I actually have some friends) got it done last summer and he can’t recommend it enough, it made a huge difference to his quality of life. One thing though, whatever they tell you to do in the way of exercises and so on, stick to it rigorously as it really works. Good luck!
