Not usual to catch one of these guys sitting still, their usually hiding behind the trunk or scurrying up them at the first sight of camera, or maybe its just me :). Luckily I was in shade looking out to the sunlit open areas so he didn’t notice me too much.
Excellent capture and composition Jason, it takes patience for these guys.

thanks Pat, I would have liking to see more of his tail but that been said i’m happy to have got especially with the bokeh background :)
Very nice Jason, very difficult to catch these guys sitting still, the reds are harder still.
