Just back from a very hot week in Tenerife (weather wise of course :) ) Dont know
what was wrong with me but I couldnt get a decent picture anywhere, spent a day in
“Jungle Park” and even the captive birds and animals that were there I couldnt get
a sharp shot. This was the best of a very bad lot.

Plenty of little lizards running about, this particular one had blue spots on its back, a huge stone wall and there must
have been about thirty of them all over the wall, hiding in little nooks and crevices.

    Nice shots Jenny.
An unusual pose from the vulture. Maybe it was sizing you up. I probably would have shot a little more to the right with the lizard shot to include more of it’s tail, but nice shot anyway.

Thanks miki, I think the Vulture could see itself in the lens he was quite interested, wish
it was sharper though, most of the shots I took were soft, dont know what was wrong with
me, must have been the heat! The Lizards tail was tucked in the crevice so wouldnt have
been seen, but I can see from the photo that it looks like it was cropped or framed with
the tail missing. Thanks for the comments :)

Two good pics Jenny, especially the first “don’t mess with me expression” bird.

the lizard’s head is sharp enough for me but i like the pose of the vulture and the colours that it has.

Thanks voicu :) The vulture was beautiful colouring, I never knew they were so “pretty”
