Got an opportunity to spend a day in the Aran Islands last week with Connacht Rugby.
They were out there for most of the week training and promoting Rugby.
Took this shot on the edge of a 300ft cliff at Dun Aengus.
I was a bit reluctant to take the job on because of the location and temperamental weather but I’m glad I did.
Didn’t use any filters or effects, just underexposed the background and lit the lads up with 3 flashguns all while balancing on top of a ladder…
Connacht were happy with it so that’s the main thing and there currently running a competition for a tag line to make a poster.Jay.
Nice job Jonathan. You have idea and it works well. Lighted perfect. What lens ?
