at this yesterday, damn fireworks went off in daylight, so that,my tripodbeing flimsy andmoving in the wind, AND the fact i never took firework shots before,left me rather nervous looking over them this morning, reasonably happy with the results,just gladitook the fireworks in RAW :D

Second one is cool, like the eye contact and the depth of field. A slight crop off the top wouldn’t hurt.
Well done on the fireworks too under difficult conditions.
I just love the second and third..
I agree I’d take some off the top in the second..and then off both the bottom and the top in the third….
Both capture really nice holiday expressions!
For never having done fireworks before you did really well too! I think they are in a world of their own and are more difficult to photograph than kids!!
