Halloween in Derry – Firework display.

This are some of the photos I managed to take last night while at the Halloween Festival in Derry.
It was my first time ever in attempting to take pictures of the fireworks and wasn’t sure what to expect.
The camera is a modest Sony 230 with kit lens 18 – 55mm – f11- manual focus and bulb setting for this shots. Camera was on tripod and I had a wireless remote.
Any comments / critiques are welcome.1

These are beautiful, particularly 1 and 3.
2 might have benefited from a portrait orientation, if you had known what was coming. :)nicely done I havent tried this my self yet bu it seems to me you did really well
