Happy (belayed) PI Day!

I noticed the connection yesterday but forgot to put it down here. I’m not sure if it’s happening in Ireland or UK or somewhere in Europe but it was the Pi day yesterday in America anyway. It’s “π” as in the maths symbol for the number 3.14. I believe it’s is so cause of the date. Americans write their dates the other way around and yesterday was 3/14/2012. 3.14! :)
As you can figure it out yourselves by now..Pi..PI= Photography Ireland :lol:
So happy this forum day? :DIt’s celebrated by math nerds every where. I was with Xerox and then IBM research. 3.14 was always an excuse for some kind of silliness.
Anything to drop work and play. And as you might guess, only children get to work in the labs.
Eating a pie that day is also considered as an appropriate celebration! :D
I wonder if getting PI(ssed) would also be appropriate? No? Ah well….. :lol:
