Happy New Year

A very Happy New Year to all at Photography Ireland.
It’s been a blast. I’ve met some of you, more to meet still, and it’s
all been fantastic. I’ve learned more from photographers here than I could
ever hope to learn from books or tutorials, and my hit rate is getting to the
point where I’m getting at least one ‘keeper’ in every hundred frames or
thereabouts…I’ve made friends, honestly, and I don’t think I’ve made any enemies (though
it’s not yet midnight – there’s still time). All in all 2007 has been a good year,
so here’s to 2008. Long may the friendliness and spirit of sharing continue on
Photography Ireland, and a big thanks to Mark and the Mods for keeping things
running smoothly. Have a good one, everyone…Rob.
Thanks Rob and many of them to you and yours and to everyone on the site, it’s a great place to learn and I’ve been a member since Sept and gotten more from this site than anything else-

Yeahey ditto:-) I’m still finding my way around here but it is brilliant, a fantastic site, full kudos to Mark and all others who run it and keep it all going, your an inspiration and a life line! A very Happy New Year to ye all.
Marie.I suppose it’s sad that I’m on this site at 9.50 on New Years Eve but sure thats how much of a grip it has on me. haha

Heres to learning more, taking more pictures, meeting more people and just generally doing more to make myself a better photographer in 2008.
