    Hmm, this seems to be mainly of the bridge, not the Hall? Anyway. Compostion is not bad, light is good and the orientation of bridge makes it seem slanted but I don’t think it is. I’m not a huge fan of HDR so I’m not so pushed about the effect on the bridge itself, but it does give it a watercolour look, and maybe that’s what you wanted.

    As a photograph it’s way over processed. As a Graphic Image, it’s great!

    I’m not gone on the whole HDR thing myself. However, it is an interesting view of county hall. The modern tower positioned against the old bridge and countryside is a view I haven’t seen before. I’d clone out the lamposts and wires though.
