There was nice light breaking through the clouds onto this scene. The results were a bit washed out and hazy so I tried to rescue this one with a bit more contrast. Does it need a bit more work?
It depends on your taste as to what defines improvement…
When I viewed this in PS I noticed a haziness that was a lot less evident when viewed in IE7.
Here’s a before and after that was achieved by defining the black point in the shot:
