Hello from an Amatuer

Hi everyone,
I am very impressed with the site and having read many of your posts, its great to see how helpful everyone is.
Like some of your erstwhle colleagues here, I am hoping to expand my prowess further this year – I am very much an amatuer now but have a few ambimitions such as the TT races and various road races in ireland which enables me to mix both my hobbies.
I am very impressed at some of the published motorcycle action pics – beats me hands down but give some something to aim for:-) I hope you action junkies won’t mind if I pick your brains as I delve deeper?

So do you race bikes then…. I’ve been on a few track days at Mondello, Brands, Lydd (in Kent) and Silverstone and I’ve a few scratches to show for it too. Welcome aboard.
Welcome Setanta. We’re lucky enough to have some members who shoot amazing motor sports stuff. There’s loads more … you’re in an amazing county (I live there) that hosts potential shots of all sorts.

Welcome aboard sir, was thinkin of going over for the TT meself, went there in 2002 and saw the late Dave Jefferies kick ass. A truly memorable weekend, but that’s for another day. What are you shooting with?
