Hello from Holland [can I join?]

Hello!
I’m a girl from Holland, but in a couple of days I’ll be moving to Dublin, so that’s how I came across this forum.
I’ve studied Graphic Design at an Art Institute in Holland for 2 years, but quit and decided I wanted a year off, and go to my beloved Ireland :)
I’ll very unfortunately not be bringing a camera to Ireland.. I actually don’t have a camera, I use my dad’s, I’m still saving money, my current love is Nikon D50.
I’d be very cool to get to know some people also into Photography in Dublin btw!

Hi Inte… welcome to the forums… If you are coming from Holland i would advise you to but your camera equipment before you come over here… camera equipment can be quite expensive over here …!

in Holland that Nikon D50 would be about 600 or 650 euroos, do you happen to know what it’s like in Ireland?

I can pretty much start form 0 euroos actually, cause saving to survive in Dublin has more priority at the moment ;)
so see me in 2030 and I might have a camera :P

Argos is stocking a New D50 Standard kit for 580 Euros at the moment and i think that’s the cheapest you can get!
