My name is Dave and I just joined up, well, I signed up a while ago, but I just sorted out how to post, so now I am getting some of my work up. I am in graduate school now working towards my MFA. I am a film shooter, mostly pinhole or toy camera and I print using alternative (historic, anitquarian) processes. I am primarily a gum printer, but have lots of salted paper experience. My website is http://oddlittleworld.com/ if anyone wants to look at more of my work. I have never visited Ireland, but I would love to, and it is next on my list. In fact (and I will post this elsewhere here too) I wouldn’t mind doing an internship or fellowship there this summer (2012) if anyone knows or is interested! I want to teach when done with school and would love to help spread the joy of alternative processes far and wide. Thanks in advance for looking at my work, any kind words or constructive critique, and if anyone knows of an opportunity, please, let me know or pass on my contact information! Also, please feel free to contact me with ANY questions about anything – I’ll be happy to answer!
Cheers!
Dave

Good to have you on the site. Always nice to have another film shooter on board :)
I’m off now to have a real good look at your site. The wet collodion is something which really interests me.
Hadn’t come across the 3 gum colour. Looks interesting !
