Hi everyone,
My name is Rima, I live in Cork.
Love photography and everything about it :)
I am not a pro, but want to be one day :wink:I have Sony A-100 camera and using sony 18-70mm and 70-300mm lenses and Tamron 90mm macro lense.
I am very glad I found this forum, as I need to learn a lot from you.

Just remember – there’s only one thing that differentiates a pro photographer from an amateur. They get paid.
Doesn’t necessarily make them any better at taking shots…. :D

The Pro should also be qualified, business registered, fully insured, tax and vat compliant. On a good day they can both
get excellent photographs. On a bad day and things are less than perfect I would expect a qualified professional to get
much better results. Another difference is that there is the 20/80 rule …….. 20% about taking photographs and 80%
about running a business and keeping it afloat.Rima, welcome to the site and enjoy it. There’s a nice bunch of people here and you’ll find them very helpful.
