Hi folks,
Have decided to finally say hello, have been reading and browsing the site on and off for a couple of months now.
I’m in the process of almost certainly buying a Nikon D90 before the end of the year (currently using a Fuji S7000 for the past 18 months, the first camera I’ve ever owned, bought second-hand from a friend) and am always here looking for suggestions/tips/anything else really that I can use in my mages. Will probably post more once I get the new camera, and I start seeing the step up in quality.
I’ve included a couple of images that I’m happiest with (I understand the S7000 is old, so don’t expect too much!)
Looking forward to chatting here, and of course learning loads more!

2 lovely shots there …they show a real good eye for a photograph…
I too started with the S7000 and the shots I took with it are still holding their own a couple of years on … I loved that camera!!

Ossie – I had a look at your Hanover Quay series on Flickr – I actually work in the 1 Grand Canal Square office block (the glass one where you’ve got the reflection of the black and white building – that’s going to be a 5-star hotel apparently!).
FYI them red poles are illuminated at night, along with the green bench bases – might be interesting with the dark evenings coming in…..
