Help finding a wedding album
-
James_MParticipant
Hi everyone, I’m doing a wedding for the girlfriends mother as a wedding present.
I’m wondering could anyone tell me where to buy a wedding album that’s not too expensive?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.AnonymousParticipantDo you want your work in a tacky or cheap looking album?
Push the boat out & frame them well!James_MParticipantJohn17 wrote:

Push the boat out & frame them well!I’m looking for a nice album that’s not too pricey because money’s tight at the moment.
Do you have to spend a lot to get a decent one?AnonymousParticipantTo be honest I wouldn’t know but it not something that’s going to happen every week or year!
MurchuParticipantHi James, welcome to the site. I am sure you will find some helpful suggestions from people here, as what you seek is something we all might seek at some point, and perhaps some of those who have shot weddings on budget or assembled such albums as gifts, may be able to chime in on.

Perhaps you might restrict your replies to those subjects which you do know something of, or where you can be of use, then?
AnonymousParticipantThe person looked for advice & I gave it!
It may not have been the answer they were looking for but an honest answer if I may say.
If you go to the bother of shooting an event, between the cost of gear, equipment & developing
of images & time, it’s a bit late then looking for cheap options!
You wouldn’t buy a frame for the Mona Lisa in Lidl or would you?James_MParticipantIt’s not a big fancy wedding, she wasn’t going to even bother with a photographer.
So I’m not going to going spending crazy money on an album just want something simple.cathaldParticipanthttp://www.ohsocherished.co.uk/section/643/1/leather_wedding_albums/0cdef77aca6a6fdef4ad84e0ecca2ee7″ onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
I got one from here for my mum and dads 40th and it was decent quality at not to bad of a price

For me when you offer a service or volunteer to do something there is no cutting corners!
My replies to you obviously didn’t go down to well in some quarters but I’ve been there
& there is no point in being shy in saying what you feel! Some call it being blunt. This is an occasion, maybe not your occasion but you’ve offered to cover it.
Just don’t sell your self too short by doing so!James_MParticipant[quote

Hopefully I’ll find a nice one that doesn’t break the bank.ShutterlightMemberJM Photo Inchicore in Dublin
