Hi guys, I am having a huge problem with my landlord at the moment. Basically we’re not being provided with adequate living conditions, we’ve had a broken dishwasher since september, our water heater doesnt heat anything half the time, the heaters dont come on at the time theyre supposed to, and many more things. You may wonder where Im going with this, well basicaly now theyre trying to fine us for having mates over. So we’ve had enough. We’re not going to pay it on the basis of all the things that are wrong with the house.

The rest of the stuff I can prove no problem. But there is mould in every room on the ceiling and I want to prove its been there since September. Unfortunately, I didnt foresee this all happening and I never took a pic of it back in September. So, I need to take a pic of it and adjust the Metadata to show a different piece of information(I wont say which part incase Mark gets in trouble, as im not sure as to the legalities of it,but im sure you can guess it).

    Any ideas?

I dont know if it has the ability, but I have Aperture on my comp, so if anyone knows how to do it on that.

    Thanks in advance.

If you’re using photo’s in a legal sense. I definitely would NOT go down that route. If you got found out you would be in some real trouble. Surely with the veidence you have (as well as truthful testimony) you would be able to plead a proper case against your landlord.

These photo’s will not be used in a legal sense. Im not that stupid. Haha.

They will simply be used as a deterrent.

Its simply gotten to the stage of having to fight fire with fire I’m afraid.

This all sounds very dodgy to me.

I personally would just get out and if you get your deposit back then it’s a bonus.

Unfortunately trying to get student accomodation in Cork is a bit hard at this time of the year. Well impossible actually.

Its kinda irrelevant now anyway, Ive moved away from that idea. Sorry for wasting time. I was a bit riled up at the time.

Feel free to lock this thread Mark if you want.
