Help Required for a photo in Donegal.

Hi there,
Hoping to be up in Donegal in a couple of weeks. I’m looking to get some shots
of Mount Errigal and just wondering if someone could suggest some good
vantage points. What I am looking for is a scene with Errigal in the distance
and some foreground interest.
Any/All help appreciated.

Hi Martin there are some great photography clubs in Donegal it might be a idea to make contact with them as they would know the best place’s to go,clubs like http://www.buncranacameraclub.com they are all very nice guys and ladies and i’m sure they would point you in the right direction some of the club members are also members here too

Theres a great view from AN CHuirt Hotel, near Gweedore.

Martin try and contact Steven Dickie from the site here I know he has been up that area a few time’s and has some great shots.I have been up there and just shot from around the lake area which is just below the mountain.Their is a main road which passes under the hill but I’m sure a wee venture up a few side roads from this you will get a few decent locations
