Had a look at Mick’s work as suggested and definitely see where you’re coming from, but I felt that a frosty morning, as this was, has a greater effect if it’s bright.
I have a tendency to leave in big foregrounds and backgrounds and agree here again it’s a bit too big, but I wouldn’t like to cut too much off as i think it emphasises a sort of “stand alone” quality in the trees??
No probs. It was about 8.30 in the morning. There’s no detail cos there wasn’t anything actually there except a wall of mist. The sun was just breaking through to the left of the photo.
