I joined earlier today and quickly posted in the beginners forum before rushing off out! Hi to everyone, i’m so sorry I havent seen this site before it looks to be a great resource and im really looking forward to reading some of the topics. Im a recent graduate in a degree I had a great interest in for it’s content and reading but I didnt feel it led to any area I wanted to have a career in. I’ve always been creative and spent most of my teen years til now working with graphics and photo manipulation (mix in some typical geeky teenage website-making there too!). I have worked for a year as layout designer of a college newspaper and decided graphic design wasn’t a route I wanted to follow and in recent years i’ve become more and more interested in photography. I hope to study it in Griffith College next year following a year out to get some money together, fingers crossed that this is the right path for me!
