Hello everyone

I was pointed to this site by one of my suppliers, probably one of the best things he has ever done for me!
I joined a few days ago and have been enjoying reading lots of posts, I am very impreessed with what I have read so far and look forward to seeing more of your great photographs. I will post some photos soon.

Thanks for the welcome.
I am sure we can find more photographers from cork to join in, I will mention this site at the next Clonakilty Camera Club Meeting.
I have posted a few pics in my gallery but not had any chance to do much else yet.

Great on the club and the gallery.

Make sure to post some of those images in the gallery into one of the forums so
the members can enjoy them too. :)

Hi Mark
I have just printed some of Mark Cs work up onto canvas, they look fantastic. I will certainly point him towards this site, a very good photographer and quite knowledgable, exceptional landscape, wildlife and wedding photographer. I was annoyed to miss Mike Browns book launch but have seen a copy of his new book and it is GREAT.

Welcome aboard Phil. I’ll echo the sentiments that it’s great to see the number of Cork members increasing! Not that we want to take over here or anything but oftentimes it just feels like we’re out in the wilderness and there’s nobody else out there near us. We’ll have to arrange a Cork get-together some weekend.

Sounds like Mark Coombes is making the most of his new gear then. I was shocked when I heard it had been stolen, because of the blatant manner in which it was done.
