Hi All. New to the site and to photography

Hi all, my name is John Donovan and I am new to the site and to Photography to an extent. I have always loved photography however never used a DSLR until recently when I purchased a Nikon D7000 (having used my brothers D90 for awhile). I am a part time enthusiast as I am training to become an accountant so I hope to get onto this site as much as I can and get out to practice too within my limited timeframe.

Welcome to the site John, had a quick look through your flickr and you have
some nice shots, particularly the night shots of the city. You will get much more
response though by embedding in the site here, in the various critique sections!There are a couple of tutorials in the beginner section showing you how to embed
if you get stuck. :)Cheers Jenny (shutterbug), good to hear. Ill take a look through them and start embedding there too. :)
