I’ve been lurking for ages (feel a bit rude now) and would like to say hello!
My name is Jennifer Farley and I’m a designer and design instructor. I’ve been teaching Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash for close to six years now – still loving all of them. On my website I have a blog where I write about design with a heavy emphasis on Photoshop – there are a lot of free tutorials and tips up there if anyone wants to have a look.
I’ve been taking photographs since I was a chiseler and used to process them at home in black and white but got bitten by the digital bug about 8 years ago with my first 2MegaPixel camera. If I’m being honest I have aspirations of adding photography to the design work (although debating about turning a stress free hobby I really enjoy into a job) but I’ve already learned a ton from reading people’s experiences on this site – it’s a brilliant resource.
Plan to be active on this site and can maybe help people out with Photoshop and Lightroom questions.

Hi Jenny. I love the name – Rusks, Farley…I used to love them…but the wife found me taking them from the young lads…it’s a long story.
Anyway – welcome along and I’m sure your contributions will be most welcome to us all.
