Hi ya little introduction

My name is Laura Vickery and i work along with my partner we are wedding photographers based in derry now looking to expand to a studio to offer portraits and boudoir photography in our area.
We are faced with many problems when viewing differnt studio spaces and are quite scared of the risks involved will be looking in to our branding and fitting out a studio
the studio in mind is 5000 rent per year and 2870 rates plus electric a year but on the plus we have 5 rooms 3 toliets and a kitchen the bigest room is 750 sq foot and total is nearly 2000 square foot is in the central area of town but is on a second floor

Welcome to the site. Unfortunately,I wouldn’t know anything about setting up a studio, but personally, I wouldn’t go for a 2nd storey premises, as I know I don’t tend to use any businesses which are upstairs. Good luck with your studio/business.
