Hibiscus

Firstly, I hope this is close enough to call it a close-up? ;)
Taken recently I decided to post this shot because I am not into plants or flowers, but since seeing this flower I have gone and bought some Hibiscus seeds. There is a certain satisfaction in growing something from seed and I highly recommend it :) My Hibiscus are currently only 1 – 2 inches tall, but growing . . .
I have recently purchased Eucalyptus, Palm Tree, Bonsai, Paw Paw, Sunflower, Pumpkin and Chilli seeds. God only knows how I’ll get on with them but I will post any results worth posting :)
Hibiscus are a beautiful flower but pose a terrible problem re focus and depth of field as the stamen protrudes so far from the petals so you have done fairly well here. Hope you have success growing the plant as well…….Mikka
