I’m liking the graphic style of it alright.
The bollards….I just can’t put my finger on it but….I don’t know if they add anything. They look like they were unavoidable from the angle you were at anyway.
Could you not have moved that building to the righthand side out of your way :P :twisted: :P
Them’s not bollards, them’s holding the building up. No… I think they hold up a sort of roofy shelter kinda thing.
I may try my hand with the clone tool for the obtrusive building top right….

Very nice Pete, the perfect sky!!. I am prefer the first version, i think the second building really puts the building in context. Very nice shot.

I assume there is quite a lot of PS work on this? Looks like you used masks and worked on local contrast changes?
Really like the look of the tower, but the sky is too burnt out, and for a more dramatic effect, maybe replacing the sky is the way to go? Or if you shot RAW maybe you can save some detail.

I would preffer the middle line of the building on the middle of the photo.I assume there is quite a lot of PS work on this?
The first submission was basically as shot. I had the camera in JPG mode (because I was away for a week). I only used PS to crop slightly and lift the brightness marginally in the lowest part of the tower.
