Holga for me. The Diano has too much softness whereas the Holga seems to have it just about right. But then again, theyre so unpredictable, u could try again and it would be the other way round.
I’ve never done a comparison with my cameras so it is interesting to see this. The Holga is definitely sharper. I can half remember you saying before that you have a glass lens Holga whereas the Diana has a plastic lens. The Diana lens is also more than 40 years old. Those factors could account for the extra softness.
I prefer the borders on the Diana but I wonder would you be able to get something similar in the Holga by removing the mask.
Yeah that border was from the plastic framing inside the Diana, which I thought interesting at the time…made me start to think of people who insert cardboard versions with certain shapes etc…
