How to convert dng to jpg in lightroom 3

pls, i need help. i downloaded Lightroom 3 trial and i want to convert dng to jpeg /about 5 mgpixels for a facebook/. i ve tried many ways how to convert it but when i send those photos to fcb, they are just terrible, very grainy, no details. can anybody help me how to do that?pls.thanks a lot
MichalWhen in the Lightroom export dialog there are a few things you should check
– the colour profile should be set to sRGB for Internet viewing
– manually set the dimensions in pixels to something suitable for your purpose.
(perhaps something like 1000 pixels for the longest side)
– set the JPG quality level to be medium or highhope that helps!
I just export RAW files to new folders, they’re automatically converted to Large Jpegs. If I need something small for online I open the jpeg in Irfanview and resize in there, I never seem to lose quality.
