How can I embed a photo onto a post? I am a complete ignoramus on matters technical unfortunately.

http://load.imageshack.us is another site that you can use.

PhotoBucket.com is another really good site. It gives you the links for Email & IM HTML IMG & Direct Link automatically for each uploaded picture.
Makes it dead easy to embed images just copy and paste the image tag
