How to get better. Suggestions ?

Hi All, Been a while since I had the chance to get the camera out, just had a little baby girl a couple of months ago so haven’t really been doing much other than marvelling and wishing I could sleep more for the past year or so. :lol:
Anyway I did manage to get to a couple of days recently an I would love it if I got some feedback on what I managed to click on the day
No 1 is about 6.30pm of a surfer and I love the hue of the sun and the water and the way the surfer is blacked out .(I’m gonna post three or four more today)
Anyway they are all fairly low res because of the limits but any comment good bad or indifferent is more than welcome as I only want to get better.

Too tight on the surfer I think it needs more space, quite a lot of noise going on
also, low light needs a tripod so that you dont have to bump up the iso for faster
shutter speeds.Post in the relevant forums, you will get more response that way!
