Those are very good exposures in difficult lighting conditions – well done! The second one in particular is great, with the purple stage lighting. What camera and lens were you using for them?

nikon d50 with kit 18 – 55 lens, had to have a steady hand and go for bout 1/15th to get enough light, just a bit too far away for my 50mm.
1/15!! lol I have trouble hand-holding at much faster shutter speeds than that – even though I have size 12 feet for foundation!
ah its not impossible as long as you dont have people around you bumping into you…it was a seated gig so i jumped from chair to chair
