    Withdrawn from sale

…bought in September 2001 when I was with Slidefile and has had moderate use ever since. Sheldon Long (from whom it was bought) says there’s not much that can go wrong with them, and this one was serviced by Sheldon in the winter of 2005. It was used moderately in 2006 and hasn’t been used since February 2007. It interfaces using a scusi card (which is included in the sale) and comes with 35mm, 6×4.5, 6×6, 6x7cm, 6×12 and 6x18cms film frames and manual. Updated software is supplied, free of charge, via a download from Hassleblad’s website (who now own Imacon).

This is rated as one of the best film scanners available and they don’t appear on the market too often. A new one will cost over €10,500.00 I’m willing to accept offers in the region of €1,200. If anyone is seriously interested, I’ll be very happy to give a working demonstration here in Co Waterford…George

Wow, this ad should have come up a few months back before I bought my Epson flatbed. What a shame I don’t need a better scanner that bad right now, that price is very good.
