Infrared filters rocket manMember February 15, 2009 at 10:49 am I was thinking of doing some infrared photography and was wondering what would be the best filter to get or which filter is the best for ordinary daytime photography thanks, Rocket RaVMember February 15, 2009 at 1:13 pm Hoya’s R72 is on of the most popular ones i think. R72 refers to the light frequencies it cuts. I have one and it works well. Though depending on your camera, be prepared for fairly long exposures.
