For me, its people like Ansel Adams Joe Cornish Charlie Waite ciaranParticipant July 4, 2006 at 8:54 am There are so many… and they can change daily. But usually it’s people that photograph other people that I admire and inspire me. Today it’s: Alive and kicking today (not necessarily famous) Simon Young – UK based photographer and mentor http://www.allinthemind.info/ Vincent O Byrne – Irish based commercial photographer http://www.vincentobyrne.com/ Mario Testino – Fashion photographer http://www.mariotestino.com/main.htm Lord Lichfield – Can’t find his official site :( Dead Bob Carlos Clarke http://www.bobcarlosclarke.com/ Robert Doisneau http://www.robertdoisneau.com joe_waterfordParticipant July 4, 2006 at 7:55 pm Thats a tough question to answer. Peter Watson a UK landscape photographer John Shaw – US nature photographer Giles Norman – Ireland, since I bought his landscape book Just to name three people As with Ciaran they change all the time. MarkKeymaster July 8, 2006 at 2:09 pm Hmmmm, changes all the time. Lots of non-famous people with their own sites I like. I added some to the ‘photographers sites’ list. Was very impressed by a Sebastiao Salgado exhibition I saw in Cork last year. Amazing photographs. Also had some landscapes on show. goonerParticipant July 13, 2006 at 7:38 pm Hey Mark, I went t see that exhibition also, fantastic photographs the lot Viewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
