I’m derek and i live in Offaly, Just getting into dslr photography, bought a Canon D400 and am really enjoying getting out there taking shots.
Am thinking of doing a course to learn more, has any member done the distance learning photography course through Kilroy college?
It sounds good to me.

AliParticipantshutterbugParticipantWelcome to the site Derek, I believe our own
Digitalbeginner do an on-line course, I am sure
I will be corrected if I am wrong :) :)Luke PortessParticipantBrian_CParticipantHi Derek and welcome. Re a distance course, check out Amatuer Photography mag, they do a diploma, also the Open University have just started a 10week course with two assigments. Also check out http://www.uk-open-learning.com which is a City & Guilds course.
Also check out School of Photography, it’s an on-line course and are based in Cork or Kerry.
From what I hear DigitalBeginner is a good starting point too.
Don’t know much about the Kilroy course.
