Yep, I think a race horse might be a piece of cake compared to a Springer!, although,
that said, mine is currently asleep on my feet, but it won’t last long…
I’ll bring those books to the exchange Rob.
Has she chewed anything of great importance yet?
I remember Jess as a puppy, she was a complete chewing machine,
a day didn’t seem to pass without saying the words ‘ah Jess’ at the sight of yet more socks, shoes, bedding, dustpans,
milk cartons, balls, stuffed toys, the garden hose, kitchen chairs (she once managed to chew a leg completely off a chair,
while someone was sitting on it!!) and even a hands free bluetooth ear piece thingy, in pieces in the garden…
Appreciate that Sinead. I’ll look forward to reading those books…
With regard to chewing, it turns out she’s as good as gold, nothing
chewed at all. She comes into the house, gets excited for about five
minutes, then just wants to snuggle up and watch the world go by…
House training seems to be going reasonably well so far, though it is
early days yet. Not too many accidents, and with a bit of luck they’ll be
a thing of the past in the near future…
I thrilled she’s so placid and congenial though; it’s going to make it very
simple indeed to get a decent portrait of her…
