Excellent stuff Conor, I think you need to start watermarking these as they are perfect for publication.
DenverDollParticipantaw.. these a wonderful!
For fun..I choose #2
For technique I choose #3
and for beauty I choose #4.
Looks ya’ll had great weather there for the open.
StevenHannaMemberjb7ParticipantRobMemberctwomeyParticipantHi all,
Thanks everyone for feedback.
Fintan, I should have watermarked them, while the resolution is too low for magazine usage, they could potentially be used for web use.

Conoryea Conor these are front page material, respect!!
Brian_CParticipantAll these, bar number two, wouldn’t be out of place in the Irish Time monday edition or any Golf Monthly.
Very crisp.

Conor as good a set of golf shots as I have seen, although Number 2 wouldn’t be out of place in a golf mag.
SodarandomwayMemberI feel like an absolute beginner every time I take a look at the sport section here (maybe because I am)…
Did you sell any of these images? I think, these are more than good for a magazine. Thanks for posting them. And you better taking the advice on the watermark thing.
Regards.ctwomeyParticipantHi all,
I did send a number of images to The Irish Times, The Irish Independent and The Irish Examiner, however no takers. The big story that came out of Sunday was Padraig Harrington and John O’Leary. For those not in the know, John O’Leary is the Irishman that last won the Irish Open in 1982 at Portmarnock. All the main papers had Harrington and O’Leary and the picture I took of them wasn’t up to scratch so I didn’t send it in. I have however sent CD’s with images to 5 of the biggest golf magazines, so hopefully I will get some joy there.
Regards,
ConorFintanParticipantGood luck Conor, you should also try Harringtons sponsors and Harrington himself, the last image has a lovely bit of space for some advertising like ‘join the winning team at bank of ireland’ etc etc
AliParticipantjoe_elwayParticipantThese are just the tip of the iceberg. Got to see more of them tonight and they are fab. I did like #2 a lot as well … great one for the caddy if he ever gets a copy ;-) There was another one of Harrington (?) hunkered down that was pretty cool too.
