    :shock: Holy God . Where did you come across this? Love the texture in the wood and the catchlights in the spiders eyes :). I do think the DOF is a tad bit shallow and maybe the spider is a bit too much in shadow. If you shot RAW you might be able to bring out more detail ?

    Love it MJ. It must be great to have so many eyes. It is a shame there’s not a bit more of him in focus, but a smashing shot all the same.

    Pete, Ali cheers for the feedback. Spot on about the DoF. I didn’t shoot in RAW so I might have problems bringing the detail up etc.. These are hard to caught on camera, they are about a cm long and fast on their many feet. I found this one on tree stumb in my local forest. This time of the year there are thousands of them around.
