    I was never into the b&w but it’s getting more interesting

    Very nice wrk there. The tree in the background is the main piece in the picture for me. It distracts from the high crosses a bit but I like it. I think it makes a difference from the usual just shoot the high cross thing. The BW feel is very nice. The contrast even in the sky (although maybe the clouds could have a been a tiny bit frienlier) works really well. Very nice pic.

    Nice shot Pat. Good conversion. There is a lot of B&W being posted over the last few days and there is something about it that creates curiosity and the desire to give it a go.

    Yeah Stephen, I’ve done a couple lately and have to say I like em, however I am not a fan of landscapes in b&w.., of course that might change too.

    Any sign of the camera?

    Pat, a strong image, really works in b/w. If the winter sky was a little more brooding it would give it o Gothic look.
