Job offer….

    Hi all,

Haven’t posted here in a while, and here I am with a job offer…

Well, first off we are based in Galway county, near Roscommon town (Ballygar to be precise) so unless your close or have no problem commuting, no point in going on any further…

I am looking to take on another photographer, part time to start with. Duties would include taking over the studio photography side of things here and to promote it further..

You would also be required to look after the front of the shop, dealing with customers, basic admin, that sort of thing.

I am not looking to train someone. I want a photographer with experience. A portfolio of your work is essential.

We are a print, frame and photography business, in case you didn’t know, and it would be nice to add another professional to the mix. It would be nice to know that when I’m not here I know the person speaking to the customer actually knows what their talking about when it comes to photography.

You will be expected to be highly proficient in the use of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop CS4 and know your way around colour management and the like. We run everything on Mac OS.

Camera gear will be provided, as will studio equipment. You will not be expected to provide anything yourself.

The ability to listen to and offer advice to the general public, (who may not know what they want all the time) is a neccesity. If you don’t have patience and a sunny disposition, this may not be for you.

This is nearly the most important aspect of the whole job

Salary will be basic, but if you do your job well, high commissions will follow.

So, if you think this is for you, don’t pm me, send a C.V. with a link to a portfolio or an embedded portfolio to infofotoframe.ie

Looking forward to hearing from you….
