John I like these apart from the second it just looks out of place. The lighting seems to be spot on in them all (see don’t know anything about what I have just said). The last would be my favourite, how does it look in Black and White would make a good poster for him.

thanks for the reply soda, yea i know what you mean about it looks out of place (the rest of the pics look a bit moody where as 2 looks too much fun). I havent tried the last one in black and white but ill give it a bash and post the result up here so you can see it.

Great series here, and I concur with Soda. Although a fun shot, It doesn’t seem to belong in this series…The last one is awesome!

a great set … I think the angles are a little extreme in the first 2 – even for the edgy look you are going for – the third is interestting , but your focus seems to be on his forehead and the silver thingy on the right .. maybe focus on the eye is more predictable but would have made more sense for me ..

the last two are my favourite – in particular the last one .. you nailed that one .. cracking shot !!

last 2 look great. Nice backdrop selection.

I’d be tempted to remove / burn down the Sony bit on the headphones + possibly remove the wire down the back of his head.

I had thought about removing the sony from the headphones but just decided to leave it in the end as for the wire coming from the back of the head, i feel that completes the picture :S
