Jumping Spider

A shot of a Zebra Spider (Salticus scenicus). about 5mm, filling the frame.
Setup was a 44mm Helios Lens reverse mounted to the Sigma 150mm, and light provided by the Nikon R1 closeup speedlights.
Im glad the speedlights have focusing lights so i could see what i was focusing on.
Having fun with the new kit so hope to post more over the comming days/weeks.

Lovely, I’ve shot a few of these in my time…..waste of ammo really. They have so much character :wink:
