Guys,
Has anyone any experience buying from http://www.justcanons.net. I see there offering Canon 5D MK II bodies only for €1,299 – sounds too good to be true!!
have no personal experience but a quick search on google will not return any positive results.. they also trade as Justshops Limited, again a look on google doesn’t do them any favors…. i’m not bothered on registering on the site, but apparently they charge somewhere around 17% commission on credit card (around €220 if paying 1300) which they charge you when agreeing to buy the product. They will notify you that they’re unable to proceed with order and refund the amount paid for without the commission (and that’s how they make money)
but again this is only what i got with a search on google. i could be completely wrong.Dont touch it mate.its a con. They have another company called just nikon as well.
Google it and there will be alot of threads saying this.

Their ISP address is Russia set up October this year expires October next year,
though they say based in UK, if prices sound to good to be true…they usually are.
Not worth the risk, nobody can sell genuine products at half the price.I bought my last two cameras and all my tripods, lights and lenses from conns. It is more pricey but worth every penny, kit can break and when things go wrong it is worth having a good relationship with someone like conns. I currently have two lenses in getting repaired and they replaced the lenses free of charge with two loan lenses
Thanks everyone – had a look on Google and they definitely seem to be a scam, and like previously said, if it sounds too good to be true, it generally is. Just have to keep saving!!
I have to agree with Brianmaci… It is worth buying from a reputable dealer… I also have used Conns over the years..Two 1D Camera’s and five L lenses… They always loan out lenses and Cameras whilst own in for repair, free of charge and service is excellent. Highly recommended.
