Katmai Bears Alaska

We had just landed on the beach and where walking away from the plane when this guy walked up behind us to our plane.
The photographer in this shot was a big time investment banker in Chicago, he did the very same trip I did, but after his trip a few years ago flew back to Chicago sold house the lot quit job and moved to Alaska. Katmai national park only allows you to camp in one place for 2 weeks at a time so he travels all around the national park photographing bears now. Have a few books out. Brillant……

no just drift wood that the pilot when landing had to miss. Well worth the trip I’m going back as soon as I can for a month.
