Kenko 2x Tele converter

Hey all I’m looking at getting Kenko Teleplus 2x DG MC7 Tele Converter (http://kenkoglobal.com/TP-MC7AF2X-DGX.html) for my Sigma 18-250 f3.5 as money is a bit tight at the moment to get another lens :(
Just wondering have anyone ever used one or are there any major issues or complication that I might have or am I wasting my time…?Cheers

I’ve got one Canon fit worked well with my 70-200 f4,let me know if your interested as Ino longer need it.
No problem,I should point outyou would need to check if it will work with your lens,it will not Af on lens greater than F4 also you will lose at least one stop of light.
