Mark, I think there is a very nice image in there, but with a slight crop and colour balance adjustment to remove some of the warmth from the sky…

You’re losing the sky in that crop! The saturation was better, but the sky!

    Amazing shot

Beautiful shot, cant say anything more.

Hi Mark, first of all, congrats to this beautiful mood on your website! A very prof presentation.
The substance of this image is dreamlike, couldn’t be better. I guess it depends of your motivation if you create this sepiatone image or if you follow the great colouradjustment of steve. your crop of the image works very well when you would like to hightlight the mirrow balance. Otherwise the panocrop suits the image very well too. I would add more sky. Those lovely details shouldn’t be wasted.
    .
On you original version i would take care of the vignetteeffect on te 5D fullframe body. Just brighten it a little bit, and maybe the mittlepart of the image too.
    A wonderful photograph all together

    Hi Mark,

    Beautiful image and fantastic colours.

For me this is a difficult picture to compose, The position of the sky is good with that

    C

shape centered nicely left to right but that means that the building is centered too.
    difficult one !

Steved’s crop is good in so far as it takes everything off centre but there is a loss of those
beautifil colours and as Proach said the detail in the sky is lost.

Try a medium or large format crop to make a square image to keep the height but to off centre the
    building.

I really like this image overall though.

I think I prefer your original composition Mark, with Steves colour adjustment. I dont often see fiery clouds like that. Its hard for me to crop them when I do. 50-50 with that kind of sky and reflection works for me.Beautiful image.
