That’s a corker Mc. Really well set up and the panoramic crop suits perfect.

Nice one Martin, I was up there on Thursday night.

Kinbane is a really magical place. Did you know that the castle is said to be haunted? I sometimes look at the castle windows at 100% view on the computer to see if I can spot the ghost. Never have.

The sky and the colours on the horizon here are really magical. You’ve timed this well because in another few weeks the sun will have headed south again for the winter. Great job.

Hi Martin, Fantastic photo. I am trying to learn HDR myself can you tell me what software you used.

    Thanks

Great example of judicious use of HDR. Is this a combination of multiple exposures – as you seem to have the clouds nice and sharp?

Nice shot, the colours look well in it.

I love Kinbane it’s such an erie place and it’s so peacefull sitting out looking back on the Castle. The last time I was there we arrived to late and the sun had already set but I still took a few shots in the dusk.

I just joined the website today and was looking through the landscape posts. Congrats on this shot, I really like the greens and the dramatic sky.

    Well done

That’s a cracking shot, really well done. What’s the strip of land on the right, Rathlin?
