This one is from a recent visit to Knockadoon in the middle of a storm, huge issue with sea spray not to mention my safety. :( :D I’m not great with b&w conversions but I think this one is okay.

    Comments welcome.

Hey Grumpy, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, much appreciated. I find the processing of b&w images difficult but I think I’m on the right track here.

    Thanks.

Hi Seaview – I think that the headland on the top right is a bit too dark, but it’s a lovely capture anyhow, plus I’m viewing on my laptop, so my comments are unreliable anyway! Well seen!

Those rocks are just perfect for the waves crashing over them!! Looks great..
Nice scene overall. The headland does look a bit too dark. I’ll check it at home later today and see if its the same there.

Thanks for the comments lads, really appreciate them. I’ll have a look at the headland again. Blowing a gale on the day, my gear got covered in salt. :D :D

Headland is a bit dark alright but I still love it. I love high contrast mono land/sea scapes. Great energy about this.
